Return & Refund Policy

At DREAMSELF ENTERPRISE, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Damaged product received

• Wrong product delivered

• Expired, leaked, or defective product received

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear images or videos as proof.

Due to hygiene and food safety standards, opened or used tea products are not eligible for return or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
